The Website offers services for participation in public events - lectures, courses, seminars, conferences, exhibitions and others (each an "Event" and collectively the "Events") and the sale of related products ("Related Products") and partner services ("Third Party Services"). The cost of third-party services and related products is indicated on the website or upon request. All payments are made by bank transfer using the payment details on the "Payment Terms" page of the site.

After payment is made, a personal confirmation of participation in the Event will be sent to the email address you provided. Once you have received a personal confirmation of participation in the Event, there is no right of cancellation, return or refund. When ordering Related Products, these terms are agreed individually via email. Any refunds are made at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that under no circumstances will you initiate chargebacks through your payment service provider and that any payments you make for participation in our public events are final and cannot be refunded, except in special circumstances.

Special circumstances: In the event of a change in the event date, we will send you a new personal confirmation of participation in the event. In this case, as in the case of cancellation of the event, you have the exclusive right to a full refund of the amount you paid. However, any other refunds are excluded.

For orders of Related Products provided only in electronic form, after receiving your payment, the goods you purchased will be delivered to the e-mail address you provided. Once the goods have been delivered, there is no right to cancel the order, refund or reimbursement of expenses.
